TIME: 11:30 am; Registration begins at 11:30 am. You must be present at 11:30 to have your name put in the drawing for treatment. There is no reason to come super early like in the past!

WHAT: 12th Annual Free Dental Day
In order to be treated you must be:
*19 years or older with a VALID photo ID
*have a list of your current medications
*donate 2 canned goods to our food drive
Each patient will receive ONE service: filling, extraction or cleaning and patients with dental insurance are not eligible. This event is open to the public but extensive surgical extractions and sedation cannot be provided.
