Injury Prevention Screening Session for Baseball/Softball by Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists

LOCATION: Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists, 1302 Gunter Ave
DETAILS: The team at J&H, including Joe Metz PT, ATC and Jackson Menefee, PT, DPT, Guntersville will be conducting complimentary, pre-season injury prevention screenings for all college and 9th-12th grade baseball and softball players on December 11th, 2024. The event is being held before organized practice begins to allow for strength and flexibility gains and is designed specifically for baseball and softball athletes. The intent is to prevent injuries by detecting musculo-skeletal deficiencies and issuing corrective exercises for the players to perform before and throughout the season.
Space is limited and we will be screening a lot of athletes the same night. Registration is easy! You can send out this link to your student-athletes so they can register for the event: Guntersville We will make every effort to have them come in with their teammates.
