January 2025 Ribbon Cuttings:
On Sunday, January 5, a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 3:30 pm at the Guntersville High School Auditorium, located at 14227 US 431. The event will begin with an open house and refreshments starting at 2:00 pm, providing an opportunity for attendees to explore the venue before the formal ceremony. The public is invited to attend and join in the celebration of this exciting occasion.
On Wednesday, January 15, at 11:00 am, the community is invited to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Wildcat Branch of Citizens Bank & Trust inside the new Guntersville High School. This will highlight the expansion of banking services at the high school. The public is encouraged to come out and be part of this occasion.
On Wednesday, January 22 at 9:00 am at Guntersville Middle School, located at 901 Sunset Drive. This event will celebrate the opening of Citizens Bank & Trust’s Wildcat Bank Branch at the middle school. The public is welcome to join in the festivities and help make this a memorable occasion.
On Friday, January 24, at 11:30 am, Kilwins, a new sweet treat destination, will hold its official grand opening at 2485 Paddle Wheel Drive in Guntersville. This will offer attendees the chance to explore the delightful offerings of Kilwins.
On Wednesday, January 29, at 3:00 pm, a group ribbon cutting will take place at the Lake Guntersville Chamber of Commerce, located at 200 Gunter Ave. This event will celebrate the grand openings of five local businesses: Alchemy Painting, Connect Wi-Fi, Danecker Tax Solutions, Green Compass Global, and Oh The Memories. The public is invited to join in the festivities and support these new businesses as they begin their journey in the community.
